Start by clicking the Upload Images & MP3s button. Select the files that you would like to upload, and click Okay. Your files will immediately begin to upload into your media library.
Organize your images and audio files into different folders. Create a library folder by clicking the Add Folder button in the media library menu. Give your folder a name. Double click a folder to rename it.
Give you images a caption that will be seen on your live website. Select the image you would like to add a caption to, and expand the Information area in the media library menu. Type a Title and Description for your image.
Create portfolios of the images you want, in the order you want them. Create a portfolio by clicking the Add button, and selecting Portfolio. Give your portfolio a name. Drag images from the media library into the portfolio window, and drop them in your preferred sequence.
Visitors to your site can be welcomed by a single introduction image, or a random slideshow of up to 10 images. Simply drag and drop images from the media library into the Intro Slideshow window.
Easily create custom text pages for your website such as biography, pricing, or contact pages. Add a text page, and enter your page’s title and body text. Add an optional image, url link, or email link.
Now you can add an item into your website’s main menu that is simply a link to another site, blog, or email link. Click the Add New button, and select Menu Link. Fill out the required link information in the center of the screen, and your job is done.
As you add more portfolios, pages and links to your website, your site’s main menu could quickly become crowded. Sub-menus allow you to group your pages into drop down menus, keeping your website’s menu clean and organized.
Create a lightbox of images that your client can review privately by clicking a link that you have sent via email or instant messenger. Create a lightbox by clicking the Add New button. Give your lightbox a name. Drag images from the media library into the lightbox window. Click the Envelope Icon to view your lightbox’s secret url, and send it to your client.
The Fluid Galleries layout manager moves beyond templates, and gives you the ability to click and drag your website components to any location on your website. Click any website object on the layout workboard and a bounding box instantly appears around the object. Use the bounding box corner handles to move, rotate, or resize that object.
Easily add a logo, image buttons, or background images to your website layout, by dragging them from the media library onto the layout workspace.
The insert text tool allows you to quickly add text to your website’s visual design. Click the text tool in the Tools Panel, and click inside the layout workspace. You’ll immediately be able to start typing, and choose a font and color.
Add audio to your website by dragging an audio file from your media library into the layout workspace. An audio graphic will now be added to your website layout, which you can move, rotate and resize.
This component allows your visitors to preview thumbnails of all the images contained in the currently selected portfolio. Moving your mouse over the top or bottom portion of the thumbnail menu will cause the thumbnail images to automatically scroll upwards or downwards. You can choose to move, rotate, or hide this component completely if you wish.
Allow visitors to quickly view the next or last image in the current portfolio, by clicking the forward or back arrows respectively. You can choose to move, rotate, or hide this component .
Visitors to your website can easily click the slideshow button to view the current portfolio’s images, one-by-one, in an automated slideshow. You can choose to move, rotate, or hide this component completely if you wish.
This is the generous 840 x 560 pixel area where your images will be displayed. Control the way your images change from one image to the next by choosing from our list of transitions. The Image Viewer can be moved or rotated however you wish.
This is the main navigation menu on your website, and it allows your visitors to select which portfolio, text page, or menu link they would like to view. The main menu may also contain a sub-menu, if you have a created any in the Portfolios & Pages area. You may move, rotate, or stylize this menu however you wish.
Stylize the background of your website quickly by adding a gradient or solid color. Click the color swatches in the Tools Panel to open the color picker pop-up. Select your color and click Okay.
The Layers Panel is a complete list of objects currently contained in your layout workspace. Control the depth of objects by clicking and dragging them upwards or downwards in the layers stack. Toggle the visibility of an object on or off, or delete an object entirely.
As you click from object to object in your layout workspace, editable properties of those objects will be displayed in the Properties Panel. Change the transformation properties to precisely move, scale, & rotate your objects, or use the design properties to change the opacity, color, & stroke values.

If you would like to save the current state of your Fluid Galleries website, but you’re not ready to publish your site to the web, click the Save button. This will save your current progress, and allow you to continue working from the same place next time to login.
If you already own a domain name, you can quickly connect it to your Fluid Galleries website.
When you’ve made changes to your site from the administration area, and you’d like to publish those changes to your live website, click the Publish button. You can visit your live website at any time by pressing the Visit button.
